Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused and in their original condition.

• All included paints, brushes, and plaster figures are returned.

• Products are in their original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or painted plaster figures.

• Opened or used paint containers.

• Personalized or custom-made products, unless defective or incorrect.

• Incomplete kits or products damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
